- Identifying potential introductions with compatible clients
- Contacting you regarding potential introductions or related services
2. Confidentiality and Consent
Your profile information, photographs and identifying details will never be shared, discussed or released to any third party, including HYTCH clients, without your prior knowledge and consent.
If a potential match is identified, HYTCH will contact you first to discuss the opportunity before any information is shared.
3. Data Security
All candidate information is stored within secure systems protected by access controls, authentication procedures and encryption technologies designed to safeguard personal data from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
4. No Guarantee of Introduction or Outcome
Submission of a profile places you within the HYTCH Private Network candidate database. However, submission does not guarantee selection for introductions, contact from clients, dating opportunities or the formation of any relationship outcome.
5. Accuracy of Information
By submitting your profile, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful and relates only to you personally.
6. Candidate Participation
Participation as a complimentary candidate is entirely voluntary. By submitting a profile, you acknowledge inclusion in the HYTCH Private Network does not guarantee selection for introductions, participation in any specific opportunity, or the formation of any relationship. HYTCH reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a candidate is suitable for potential introductions within the network.
7. Right to Remove Profiles
HYTCH Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend or remove any candidate profile from the database at its discretion.
8. Use and Disclosure of Information
Personal information will only be used for the purposes outlined in this policy or where required by law. HYTCH does not sell or provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
